Kudos to Amar & Naji!
Breakfast is delicious. Definitely one of the best hotel guest service in the country, specially from the spa’s manager Amar who was super nice and attentive. I had the best 90 minutes massage ever by Naji! Thank you guys for an unforgettable wedding anniversary!

One day get away
We are returning guest and had a wonderful time. Jeremy the head concierge was off the charts. If you’re ready for an amazing experience, this is place.

Citadel
Had the best vacation there. The staff is so friendly! As we entered Ilan from concierge greeted us and helped with our bags. After I unpacked. Ilan took care of all our dinner reservations and ideas of what to go see. The hotel was clean. The food was delicious. Can't wait to go back again. Can't get better than the view of the old city from the breakfast room.

Excellent stay. The doorman Jaime is always willing to help with everything and great service! Ilan the concierge resolves everything. The two of them make all the difference!
