The kitchen was well organized, and the rooms and bathrooms were kept tidy. The café was an excellent addition with a yummy continental breakfast that we added on.

No wifi, window blind fell down, off site member of staff (or owner?) refused to come and fix issues. Poor customer service for price paid!

Customer service non existent in case of issue

The place is well located but do not expect any kind of assistance if you need help in the evening. A blind fell off in my room which meant a street light shone directly into the room at night. The wifi was not working. I phoned the off site member of staff (possibly the owner ?) to flag up both issues and was told that no one could come and fix the issue and the fallen blind wasn’t a problem as “it was dark at night ”. The place is far from cheap, I would expect some kind of help for the price paid! On the plus side, breakfast was good and the young lady who served it was delightful.

No check in code because i didnt load the app. I refuse to be forced to load an app to check in. Totally an Experia problem to allow this to happen. Room was totally tiny and more like a hostel... disappointed.

Breakfast was a good selection of foods. Coffee was some of the best I've had!
