The hotel is in a great location, nice bar and music was good, would definitely recommend but the only issue and l wasn’t the only person who commented on this , breakfast was very badly organised, ran out of food , tables slow to be cleared , young staff who seemed to lack direction at times, chaotic at times but they did their best , would stay here again but maybe get breakfast elsewhere .

We were comfortable and the staff were great but the walls of this hotel are very thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking and clicking switches

Average but has its problems

central location in the town makes it easy to get to most places within letterkenny, the rooms were very tidy and the quality of the food itself is great but on my 2nd morning there was a hair on cooked into my breakfast not one but two, the staff were pleasant but they could only offer me another plate of food and when the price you pay includes breakfast there shouldn't be an issue, the noise at night from the main street is really loud and our first night staying we couldn't sleep with the noise

Great food and comfortable stay.

Food as always was great although the hotel have stopped serving Guinness Zero which is unfortunate whilst I’m on a work trip.
Staff were friendly from arrival right through my 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and clean.
Definitely recommended.

Lovely Stay :)

This is a great hotel with parking available at a very reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are spotless. Breakfast is really nice with plenty of choice.
