Top!!

Check in super fast heated room, a real apartment with two bathrooms including one also very large with bathtub. In the living room we also had the opportunity to wash and dry our clothes thanks to the washer-dryer. Comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere with wonderful animal paintings. Ps I loved the paintings with the dogs

Place needs to be closed down! SCARY STANDARDS

Dear Sir/Madam,As discussed on the phone, we have checked into the apartment but will be leaving immediately due to the unacceptable condition of the accommodation and concerns regarding our safety.
Upon arrival, we found the apartment to be in a poor state of repair, with significant dirt and mess throughout. We have taken photographs and videos documenting these issues. In addition, the environment outside the property, including shouting and broken beer bottles in the immediate vicinity, has left us feeling unsafe and uncomfortable staying at the accommodation.
Given the condition of the apartment and the circumstances described above, we expect a full refund of the payment made. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, we will have no option but to pursue a chargeback through our bank. The photographs, videos, and records of our phone conversations will provide substantial evidence in support of our claim.
I am awaiting a return call to confirm your team’s review of the situation and the arrangements for our refund.
I would also like to formally express our disappointment with the standard of the accommodation provided. The property falls significantly below the standard advertised and below what would reasonably be expected by any guest. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, we will consider sharing our experience, along with supporting photographs, through Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and other relevant review platforms.
I look forward to your urgent response and confirmation that a full refund will be issued.

The location was good, the accommodations were good, everything was clean, it was great to have a nice kitchen and washer/dryer for such a reasonable price. The upkeep maybe wasn't the best, with loose tiles on the counter, a curtain tie back hook that fell off, on and off low water pressure which caused the toilet to clog, and the shower wouldn't turn off unless we unplugged the hot water heater. They came out and fixed it but when we used it again it broke again. It was a little complicated to have to call for someone to come out and check you in, but they did come quickly and the caretaker was very friendly and efficient. I would stay again for the price, location, and conveniences.

Washer/dryer was very welcome as it was the middle of our three week tour. Basic accommodation in good location for what we wanted to do.

The place was spacious, and pretty clean. Self checkin was easy. We did not have working wifi and we sadly never got a reply from the host. There was also a window that could not close. The kitchen is very simple in its supplies, but works for the basics. There was a washing machine which was very nice to have. Overall a good-ish experience, despite the wifi not working, the broken window mechanism and the host not answering.
