We got off to a slow start. Traveled by train to Dublin, so loaded with luggage (5 of us). Difficult to find office to get keys to unit, as Ireland, magnificent as it is, isn’t big on street signs. However, did find it and housekeeping was not finished with unit yet. So, we left our luggage at office and went exploring for an hour- no big deal. When unit was ready, office gave us $50 in restaurant gift certificate. Set up taxi back to airport for us after our stay. Didn’t know until then that office had paid for taxi, so another bonus for our wait.
Unit was clean and secure. In area were tons of pubs, restaurants and shopping. If you’re a shopper, this is definitely an area to stay in! Grafton Street, just a couple of blocks away, had loads of shopping. A short walk to museums and parks. A slightly longer walk to Temple Bar area, but doable.
Overall, an A+ rating! The wait we had was unavoidable and wasn’t long, as we could drop our luggage and go explore.

Stay away
2 days before our stay I made a phone call to see if we would be able to drop off the luggage at 11.30 at the apartments, the lady on the phone said that was no problem at all. As we were on our way i received an email saying this is not possible, luggage has to be left were ypu collect the key which is few streets away. I sent 2 emails that got no response.
The app,which you're forced to download to check in was "hacked", 10 mins after checking in I was getting WhatsApp messages about my booking with my personal information in them. The ad also says onsite reception, there's no reception at the apartments, it is a phone number you call, staff at the other end of the phone seem annoyed and not bothered. I rang because when we were collecting the key the doorbell wasn't working and we couldn't get in( receptionist wasn't at desk) the lady on the phone kept telling me to just ring the bell, even tho I told her a couple of times it wasn't working.
We booked this particular apartment with a double bed, 2 singles, and sofa bed. We got 2 double beds,and there was a duvet for the sofa but no sheets or duvet covers, which is pretty gross to be honest.
The second day we were there,we went back after lunch for a rest and the fire alarm kept going on and off ( 4 times) after we ran out, panicked, a guy in the hallway told us they were doing tests. We could've been told this before hand.
It's meant to be a luxury apartment, it should not be advertised as that, the furniture is falling apart, we couldn't use the coffee table for fear it would break,it was leaning so much, and the mattresses ( which is springs and so old is concave) and pillows needed changing probably years ago. The curtain in one of the rooms doesn't close properly so I had the street light on my face all night.
The ceiling in the bathroom is literally falling apart over the shower, with bits hanging off.
As said, we booked this particular apartment when there was much cheaper in the area for a particular set of reasons that didn't materialise.
After leaving I got an email asking if I wanted to do a survey, all I said was our stay was disappointing and they've blocked my email address now.

This property needs a serious refresh. Not up to Expedia standards. Black mold in a tiny shower. Mysterious check in at a different location. Flooring that is worn out and with gaps. Lack of proper bedding for the hide a bed. Sparse kitchen supplies. Couldn’t take out garbage per instructions because no access to parkcade. 2 out of five only because it is a good location
