Amazing

I recently stayed here with my partner on an over night trip. In April we arrived a little bit early and chanced our arm to see if we could check in early. I had dressed for it to be colder and was in need of a shower. So David on the front desk managed to help us. Our room 601 we sorted once the previous guest left and we managed to get in and sorted and away to the Guinness tour on time. Our suite was beautiful a massive living room and dining area huge bedroom and gorgeous bathroom. As well as a huge balcony. The room was clean to a high standard and the staff were lovely they really made the effort in everything they done for us above and beyond. Also the bar does a mean White Russian.

Every thing was perfect....parking, middle of the city location, staff, cleanliness, food. Great gluten free options. Couldn't be happier& will definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel. Checked out last Sunday, checked back in this week as part of a wider trip.
Best location, amazing rooms, parking is top notch also and super secure, and it’s 2.1 height restriction.

Very clean, helpful staff. A/C was not working properly and room was warm but they provided a fan quickly upon request. Very good breakfast

Hotel was clean but lacked expectations of a quality hotel such as AC not working properly and only solution was to give a fan.
No outlet converters for US Travelers and me needing CPAP machine turned into an all night search store by store that was still open.
You would expect they would have a few for emergency.
They only provide 2 towels so you need to request and worse of all there was no dressers or cabinets in room to put your non Hangable clothes!!!
So all undergarments, belts, and dirty laundry has to be left out on counter, desk or couch.
Terrible and we had a junior suite!!!!
Hotel would be fine for a locals overnight but U.S Travelers I would not recommend, you will not receive what we are accustomed to and expect.
