Room was clean and staff were nice. The biggest issues were noise from the in-house nite club (which I had no idea about prior to booking) and no hot water at all. Staff did say turn on the tap
for a few minutes but doing this for over 10 minutes did not help at all. Feel the water boiler was broken down but no one had any information.

Put in small box room , mattress not fit for purpose and very dark and dismal. Did not realise night club was literally on the main floor so no sleep was had, even being on 3rd floor. When finished noise outside from the people visiting the club could be heard for quite a while, then bottles being emptied into bins seemed to go on for ages. Went away to relax for a few days, didn’t happen.

Not clear stated that the room needed to be paid in advance, even though it was stated to be paid upon arrival. Breakfast not incl, also not so clear

Noisy, Noisy, Noisy!! Stay Away!

We booked 2 nights on our anniversary trip. We did not realize that the hotel was completely surrounded by nightclubs! Not just IN the hotel but numerous clubs around it. We should have known better based on the earplugs supplied in the room. I was up from 1:30am to 3:30 am when the clubs closed, WITH earplugs in! The noise was astronomical! THEN it was the drunk people in the alley below that shouted until after 4am. The worst hotel experience! If we knew this we wouldn’t have booked there.

Jack Court hotel

What an absolute dump. The most rude incompetent reception staff I have ever came across
