Would stay here again and again!
This hotel is amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. You had to scan your card to get into the entrance as well as the elevator to push your floor. It made me feel safer. It is a great location and the train is right outside the front door. Aiden always has a smile and willing to help if needed. Thank you.

Air con was good. Breakfast was good (if a little hectic I’d advise they adjusted it to 11am)… rooms very nice - all in all a lovely stay.

Ticked all the boxes
All of the basic services which I require in a hotel room were covered to an excellent degree. We had a triple room. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable (firm sofabed) and the room was quiet and dark with great blackout curtains. The bathroom is pod-style (standard plastic design) with a good shower. I don't usually like buffet style breakfast but this was excellent with huge range of cold and cooked food, all fresh and very good quality. I would recommend the hotel.

Inefficient Front Desk
We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Dublin City Center in August 2026. The hotel seems fairly recently built, clean and with decently sized rooms (for Europe). Breakfast was fairly standard Hampton Inn fare and the servers were clean and efficient with putting out food and handling dirty dishes. The issue for me was the front desk. Every time that I seemed to go to the front desk, they had issues helping multiple customers. When we first arrived in the morning, there were four people at the front desk who didn't seem to be initially aware of the line forming and were only helping one person at a time. Same issue in the evening where they needed to have two people help one guest despite the line. However, what really broke the camel's straw was when I lost an item at the hotel and had to call internationally to speak to the front desk. I could not get someone to answer the front desk phone for 15 minutes. And of course, they couldn't look for it until the housekeeping manager returned the next day. I'm still waiting to hear a response despite having sent two emails. Would never go back to this hotel.

However, we are very sorry that your experiences with our Front Desk team fell so far below your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter delays and a lack of coordination when you were trying to obtain assistance, particularly during busy periods. We acknowledge your comments regarding the queues and the occasions when several colleagues were required to assist a single guest while others were waiting.
We are especially concerned to hear about your experience when you contacted the hotel regarding your missing item. Having to wait 15 minutes for the Front Desk phone to be answered, followed by the delay in being able to investigate the matter, is understandably frustrating. We are also very sorry that you have sent two emails and are still awaiting a response. This is not the level of communication or follow-up we expect from our team.
Your feedback has been shared with our Hotel management for review, particularly regarding service flow during busy periods, telephone coverage, and follow-up procedures for lost property. We recognise that these are fundamental aspects of guest service and that we need to do better.
We are disappointed that these experiences have overshadowed the positive aspects of your stay and that they have left you feeling that you would not return to the hotel. Nevertheless, we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to explain what went wrong, as detailed feedback such as yours allows us to identify where improvements are needed.
