Great experience

A spacious, quiet and clean room with complimentary tea and water. Excellent location. Good, helpful staff with guests. Parking is available. Supermarket is very close, five minutes from the hotel and there is a coffee shop and a restaurant under the hotel. It was a great experience I will be back

Poor

Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, but that is the only good thing I have to say.
The elevator got stuck on the way to the room due to a power cut. The room was very spacious, but housekeeping was poor. There were hairs all over the floor and the couch when I first got into the room. I asked reception to have housekeeping check when I went out in the evening. I was told they did, but the room was still not cleaned to a good standard. The glass shower screen was cloudy with soap stains, and the tiles and toilet also had stains.
The walls are poorly insulated and you hear a lot of noise. Not only from adjacent rooms, but during the second night (a Monday) the whole room was vibrating until 4 AM with noise from the nightclub. Really not acceptable.
Breakfast selection was very basic, and the cooked items were very greasy.
There are much better options in Erbil.

Terrible Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one night and the staff and service was disgusting. The food had hairs in it, the dining area was small and dirty and the staff was rude and aggressive. One of the door men started to insult us and nearly got physical with us.
Do not be fooled by the other reviews which seems to be fake.

Rooftop Pool in Erbil !!!

it a wonderful hotel, amazing rooftop pool and the view fantastic, friendly staff the whole service and food was really good, I wish that they had more options of western food and not mainly oriental but so far everything was perfect.

Pleasant Stay

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during Eid, it was really pleasant stay, the way they welcomed us is memorable, Rooms are big, i would like to thank Ms. Fatima at reception she was very helpful as we don't have much knowledge of the city, also i enjoyed the pool on the rooftop which is something i haven't seen in Iraq ( Good Move ) also its very close to Ainkawa which is good i have to mention that the food was really great , ask for tenderloin steak it was amazing also breakfast was really good.
will come back to this hotel again for sure
