A Wonderful Stay at Pullman Jakarta Thamrin
We had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Jakarta Thamrin. A special thank you to Ms. Michelle, who arranged everything so beautifully and made our stay feel extra special.
We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Room, and we absolutely loved it. The room felt fresh, new, beautifully scented, spacious, and very comfortable. The iconic Jakarta city view was definitely one of the highlights. The room temperature was perfect, the Wi-Fi connection was fast, and having both a bathtub and a separate shower was a lovely touch.
We would also like to say a big thank you to Esti, Rona, Nindy, Yugo, and Guntur for preparing such a warm and thoughtful welcome in our room. Everything was beautifully arranged and truly made us feel special. ❤️
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel also offers complete facilities and has a very strategic location in the heart of Jakarta. The swimming pool is spacious and enjoyable, making it a great place to relax.
And the highlight for us — the breakfast! In my opinion, this is definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts in Jakarta. There was a great variety of food, and we genuinely enjoyed the overall breakfast experience.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality, beautiful room, excellent facilities, and thoughtful service from the entire team.
We will definitely be coming back! ❤️

Excellent Hospitality and Apartment.
The excellent hospitality started prior to arriving when, days beforehand, I received a warm and detailed email by Ms. Jennifer. When checking-in and through my stay, I was very much cared for by Ms. Reta, Mr. Agi, Mr. Aldhi, Ms. Ca and Ms. Mai. Thank you also to the pro-active Concierge Team who included Mr. Ilhan, Mr. Fadlika, Mr. Jhonatan and Mr. Pur.
The Lounge and Breakfast Team Members went above and beyond in assisting me. The Team Members I met included Ms. Fina, Ms. Farras, Ms. Ella, Ms. Caca and Chef Aki at the Lounge, as well as Ms. Naiella, Ms. Daniella, Ms. Tri, Ms. Lulu and Mr. Sugeng at Breakfast. When having breakfast, excellent coffees were made and served by Mr. Rayhan and Mr. Dimas. Thank you to Mr. Rahman from Housekeeping for his attention to my room.
Would I stay at Pullman Jakarta Thamrin again? For sure.

Amazing experience at Kahyangan
I had a pleasant experience at Kahyangan thanks to Kiki, Deya and Arwan. Their customer service was amazing and the quality of the dishes and ingredients here were incredible. A lot of attention and detail was paid to the presentation of the dishes as well. I will definitely come back again!

Great shabu shabu in Jakarta

Thoughtful gesture
We went to Kahyangan restaurant last week to relive memories from 14 years ago, before we left Indonesia for Europe.
What's funny is that as soon as we walked through the gate, one of the staff welcomed us and said my name, as if he'd known me forever.
The mix teppanyaki set for two people was perfect,the quality of the meat and seafood was excellent. Chef Jamil's 'performance' was spectacular, especially the 'nasi goreng hati yang membara,' and he chatted with us throughout.
The service from Pak Kiki and Pak Hendi was amazing and warm. They even gave us a complimentary cake that said 'Welcome back to Kahyangan.'
The bonus was seeing Jakarta from 28th floor.
For us, living in France, receiving such a thoughtful gesture means a lot. Overall, the food, quality, and service remain excellent. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Jakarta.
