PLEASANT AND WELL LOCATED HOTEL

Excellent welcome from all staff. The manager was kind enough to let me access my room 2H before the 2pm check-in because I was tired. Thank you! Large room (208) clean, bright, with - exceptionally - a real wardrobe (shelf, drawers, closet), a tablet to put your suitcase, desk, armchair, balcony with a superb view of the lake. Breakfast in the room or on the roof. Opposite the beautiful Pura Ulun Danu Bratan temple. Ideal.
Only small negative: there was no bedside lamp and to turn off when sleeping, you had to get up and go to the entrance to turn off the ceiling lights.

We were looking for a place near the beratan temple. This was just right in front of it. The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It has nice views of the lake. The rooftop even has nicer views. The welcome drink (ginger tea with brown sugar) was delicious. The mie goreng and nasi goreng for breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has a good location and modern design, but thats about it.
The room had a smell, was far from clean and the staff spoke bad english. The bathroom got closed and had to open by a key nobody told us about.
The resturant closed earlier than staff told us, and there was no other resturants open serving fold by 7-8 o clock.
Im totally aware that most hotels are not totally clean, but when there are multiple dirty spots on the bed sheets it gets disgusting. We had also a cockroach, mosqoito and spiser in the room.
Make sure to close the bathroom door as it has direct access to the outside through the ceiling.
