Experiences

Had a really good stay here! The room was super comfy and the monochrome vibe was honestly so nice and cozy. Big shoutout to Maysuri the restaurant attendant , he was always super helpful and made our stay even better!
But We were a little confused though , we booked 2 smoking rooms with queen beds, but got non smoking rooms and 1 twin bed instead. Maybe our room type wasnt available at the time
But overall we had a great time here. Definitely coming back

Best service

I have stayed here twice, the service is very good and friendly. Mistakenly ordered the wrong room type and was helped with a free room upgrade by Ms. Lisa. Thank you :)

Service rating

The service of reception is always very helpful. The hotel even provides valet parking service which is a lovely and thoughtful. Btw breakfast is also very fantastic to give it a try. Shout out to Lisa and Yanti for your help this time

Excellent service and comfortable room

My experience in the hotel was awsome. The room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the service coming from the staff from mr ilham was excellent even he is wearing mask, we know that he always smiling when service us. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable
