Great villa and service from the staff . They can accommodate motorbike and were very helpful with a late check out .

The villa is lovely - clean, comfortable, and great to return to for a refreshing dip in the pool. The team, including the owner, was friendly and helpful. We hired a scooter through them, which was conveniently delivered to the property.
We stayed for four nights, and for the most part, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, on the third day, we discovered that breakfast was actually included in our booking - contrary to what we were told during check-in. Having stayed in multiple places during our trip, we simply hadn’t double-checked and took their word for it.
By the time we realised, we had already spent quite a bit of money eating elsewhere, effectively paying double. When we raised the issue, they offered breakfast on our final day and waived the minibar charges as a goodwill gesture, but this only covered about half the cost. They still charged extra for oat milk and two lattes on our only villa breakfast, and no apology was offered at any point. Since we owed money for the scooter, it would have been easy to offset the rest, but the situation was left unresolved.
We appreciated the late check-out, but it had already been offered in advance and wasn’t part of the resolution.
Aside from the above, we’d have loved an espresso machine, a water dispenser, and thinner pillows - we woke up with sore necks each morning.
In short: a beautiful place with lots of positives, but the handling of the breakfast issue left a disappointing final impression.

Small but fine
We stayed here for two nights. The ‘villas’ were the most basic and small stays we had booked during our trip. Except for Artotel Bromo.
The villas are small and not really worth the name villa. They are simply too small and too simple for that. However, everything is there: bathroom with outdoor shower (between the plants), a bedroom, an outdoor kitchen, a seating area and a swimming pool in a small, walled garden.
It is otherwise neat and clean. Breakfast is served on request but ordered elsewhere. So you might as well go to breakfast a little further down. Or get something yourself at a supermarket
We had another incident with a monkey who had feasted on the snacks from the minibar. The garden was littered with chips, nuts, Pringles in the pool and eaten bananas. The staff has solved that perfectly.

Lorenzo and the team at the villa were welcoming, friendly and attentive, giving us amazing food and day trip recommendations. The villa itself was impeccably decorated and appointed. Clean, elegant and modern and the pool was just glorious. Lorenzo ensured we had access to the nearby gym which was absolutely purely beautiful and he even booked us a restaurant under his recommendation- so charming and kind! We couldn’t recommend this place enough! It’s situated in a wonderful part of Lombok- slightly away enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk, or scoot to the main drag (he even organised scooters for us)

Nothing but good things to say about Kalea Villa. Their manager, Fani was very attentive, she had contacted me prior to check in to ensure the room would be ready in time, i informed that i would be a little late and they waited for me to settle in. The staffs were also friendly they suggested us places to go for food and sunsets which was very helpful since we didnt detail out our plans here, we just wanted to do whatever for the day. They also helped to arrange motorbike rentals and airport transfer at a reasonable price. The villa was perfect, it was beautiful, private, clean, as expected from the pictures. And their services just made the whole stay very enjoyable for us.
