SCAMMERS, THEY ONLY WANT MONEY, THEY DO NOT ATTEND TO ANYTHING ELSE

SCAMMERS. A shameful hotel, it is complicit in scams. They make a reservation at this hotel, through Booking.com, paid with my account and my wallet, due to account hacking. I get in touch with them, at the very moment I find out about the reservation, I explain to them what happened and I request a free cancellation, explaining in detail what happened, they deny it to me twice, even informing them that the person who is going to show up is not me, it is a scammer, well even so, they deny said claim, I ended up canceling the room, losing everything paid, just so the scammer who had booked with my account would not enjoy the room. NEITHER THE HOTEL, NOR BOOKING.COM DID ANYTHING, ENCOURAGING SAID SCAM, INCREDIBLE BUT TRUE

Strategis Location. Minimalis Room better for Busines Trip, Housekeeping is Ok, Bit noise because in the Major Street.

Me time

Always choose amaris padang as an option for me time because this hotel is very comfortable security always friendly help receptionist process check in also friendly thank you mba naura and definitely the room is comfortable clean and odor and for breakfast very complete very good then the process of check out helped mba ocha and mba ditya with friendly and fast I will always choose amaris as a place to stay in the field
