A little disappointed with the expectations of BookingCom's description but satisfied by the staff
What you should know....
The offered tour to Bromo was basically a taxi Service with a barely English speaking driver who dropped us off at Bromo.
Due to bad weather we could no longer go to Sunset Viewpoint (instead of Sunrise) . We were driven again the next morning at 3 am to enjoy this experience. FREE!
The cost of the pick-up at the station, on the other hand, was twice as expensive as with Grap. Breakfast is a bit meagre for me with an omelet, 4 slices of toast, 1 banana, just like the menu. We had noodles and a soup, both of which were perfectly fine and cheap (25k). A bottle of beer (0.5), on the other hand, is relatively expensive at 65.
Coffee (powder in the cup and water on it) and tea is freely available in an outdoor kitchen... Could be done better....
The reception is often not staffed. Overall a little hostel character.
What bothered were the motorcycles that drove through the facility at 7 in the morning and late at night, right in front of the room.
Well... A muezzin at sunrise also takes some getting used to. Help ear plugs
If you consider and know everything, you will be very satisfied.
However, not if you take the description at Bookingcom as a basis...

Super!
The room was completely clean and we had a delicious meal in the evening.
At 3:00 am we went to see the sunrise at Bromo, the driver knew exactly where we had to be and what time.
This is very nice when you see how many people come to it.

Worth it as a staging place for Bromo
Negative: smell of cow drunk pretty strong and chicken coops behind the accomodations.
The Veranda hasn't been clean (full of dust) as well as our rooms.
Building project going on all day as it's a new accomodations.
Excelente ubicación
