Home for three weeks

We were staying here for three weeks during our yoga teacher training and really felt at home in the cozy bungalow. Belly and Desa were great hosts that did everything to make us feel comfortable and helped us when we needed something. The pool is amazing and the surrounding so beautiful and green. I booked the bungalow but when I arrived they said "small problem with the bungalow" so they put us in a room. The small problem it seems was they gave it to someone else. So I didn't get what I booked and still paid the same. After checking in I didn't see the staff or owners again. They made the bed the first day but not the second. I only paid $55 AUD per night so I suppose you get what you pay for. The pool had a greasy looking film over the top, I didn't swim in it because of this and because the two bungalows are practically right next to the pool in a small area so u sort of feel like you are invading the privacy of the guest in the bungalow. The track to get to the place is a rough road/alley way/track, it's a fair walk in uphill or motorbike access. The owner wasn't even there to check out, I had to call him and he just told me to leave the money in the room. It's like they can't be bothered. They are not rude because u don't see the but seem disinterested. I wouldn't stay again
