My worse place in Ubud!
Our rooms were at first floor and as soon I went into my room I asked for a new room due to the terrible smell of muld and chemical products. Unfortunately no room were available so I left the door open for all the day and during the night, as well.
The room was clean but the smell is so bad that you cannot sleep.
The bathrooms are even worse. With muld and incrustations everywhere.
The towels also, smell of muld and "wet dog". We didn't want to have a shower and use that towels so we went to have massage and had a shower there.
I have been in Ubud 7 times and this is the worse room I have seen and smelled.
In addition, I have tried to contact the property for more than a month and I have never received any replies. Even if you want to book a taxi they are not going to read your emails.
Definitely, a Terrible place.

Not enough
If you decide to move by walking, it’s a bit too far from the centre, but if you rent a scooter, you can easily move.
The staff is kind, even if not all of them can speak english very well, and sometimes this could create some misunderstandings.
Unfortunatly we had an unpleasant adventure with a cleaner guy (we found him laying in our unmade bed, playing with his phone and our pijamas were on the floor). When we reported, the landlady apologized a lot with us and assured that she had taken measures.
About the room, the sink is very very small and the toilet was not aleays well cleaned.
They change towels every two days.
Kubu Loris is a good accomodation, but a little bit overpriced and less comfortable than in the photos.

Someone from the staff stole our clothes!!
First day someone from the staff stole my clothes, the owner of the residence admitted and they are not doing anything.
In case they return back, i will ammend the post.
