A place to enjoy as a couple

A wonderful place. With lush vegetation.
We stayed in an exclusive villa, with private pool. The facilities were comfortable, with an oversized bathroom. The view from the room was extraordinary.
We went in the dry season, but the truth is that only in the morning we had sun and enjoyed the pool. In the afternoon it was cloudy and it was better to go out and enjoy the scenery.
Breakfast was tasty and hearty. Excellent service, all very friendly, making your stay very pleasant.
Even though the villa is far from urban centers, it was solved by renting a motorbike with which you could easily move and access.
The good thing was the tranquility that allowed you to rest very well.
To eat you had to order for delivery apps, they arrived very fast anyway.
I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to enjoy as a couple and away from the bustle of the city.

Accommodation with problems

I stayed for 10 days (9 nights) with my wife.
The owner was very kind and polite, as was the staff.
However, during our stay, we experienced daily problems with both water and electricity. For the entire 10 days, we had no running water 3–4 times per day. On four different occasions, I was left standing with shampoo in my hair, waiting for the water to return so I could rinse it off.
We also lost electricity five times, and one of those outages lasted 55 minutes at night, leaving us in complete darkness.
The breakfast was very poor. The menu only included bread, rice, noodles, eggs, and pancakes, but the bread was not fresh.
The cleaning service was also poor. Towels were not changed, the floor was not swept, and the bins were not emptied unless I asked every day for fresh towels.
As I mentioned, the owners are polite, but they are not ready to host guests given all the problems I experienced. Communication with them was constant, as I had to report issues with water and electricity almost every day — it felt like I spent more time dealing with the property’s problems than enjoying time with my wife.
I have traveled to almost every country in the world and have visited Bali many times, but this experience was stressful and disappointing. Despite their daily promises to fix things, nothing changed during my 10-day stay — only excuses were given.

Best location ever !!!

it was our first time visiting Bali and it was amazing !!,, Kaja Villa offers everything you want !!!,,, in the middle of the jungle and so pleasant !!,, nothing to complain ! Yoga and the staff was so professional and helpful !!! thank you for such a perfect stay !!!!

Fantastic place

This place was truly amazing! The view into the jungle was absolutely breathtaking, and it’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for privacy and tranquility without any interruptions. The staff went above and beyond—so respectful and genuinely kind. A special shoutout to Raja and Yoga for their exceptional service; they made the experience even more unforgettable!

Beautiful pool villas in a fantastic and quiet environment!

We felt very comfortable here for five days. After a few initial difficulties, which were resolved immediately and satisfactorily, we really enjoyed our time in the Kaja Villas. Yoga, who runs the complex, is a wonderful and warm-hearted person. So are his staff, who did everything humanly possible for us. And they did this from the heart! Of course there is still potential for improvement in terms of the facilities and various little things, but for the price it is an excellent holiday home. The breakfast was always delicious and was served in the villa every morning at the time you requested. You can also have a floating breakfast on request. There is no longer a restaurant in the complex, but you have the option of ordering something more expensive from the neighboring complex Samara. However, we opted for food delivery through Gojek or Grab. It is much cheaper here and there is a larger selection. This worked wonderfully every time!
