SCAMMERS

Couple
ESCAPE, room and pool never cleaned and allows itself to charge you a shower head on the day of our departure, forced to pay in a hurry not to miss our plane, threatens you by blocking our taxi. If I could put 0 stars. Shame on the part of the boss and staff. Very expensive value for money, you have much better and cheaper. They are SCAMMERS!!

Horrible Experience at Arta Private Villa

I recently stayed at the Arta Private Villa in Bali, and it was a complete nightmare. The bathroom had black mould everywhere, which is not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard. The villa's photos online are totally misleading and do not match the reality at all. The place looks nothing like the beautiful images they advertise. I would never recommend this villa to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

Beautiful villa, nice and quite. Had a pouched eggs for breakfast definitely not recommended as it tasted like vinegar.

Well received by the hotel staff and reception and it Has nice atmosphere to enjoy our stay. It is worth to come again.
