Outstanding! Location perfect.
What a great little hotel!
10 minute walk to Monkey Forest, 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to shopping and cafes.
The restaurant across the road (unfortunately not on Trip Advisor) was the best we experienced in Ubud.
Lemongrass Warung 100m away was also stunning.
Breakfasts were great, although as another poster wrote, timing of delivery could do with some work. We were a group of six and our breakfasts were delivered one or two at a time. This is not uncommon in Bali however and is the only gripe in an otherwise amazing stay.
Was great how they asked in the mornings whether we needed our rooms serviced each day. No unnecessary changing of towels and sheets.
The street is a cul de sac so nice and quiet and is full of great Warung, bars, cafes, coffee shops and massage joints. Convenience stores and ATM just up the road too!
We spent an afternoon playing cards by the pool and drinking duty free booze. They brought us cold glasses and limes and let us use the bar fridge.
So incredibly affordable too.
Highly, highly recommend.

Great place
Loved it here, rooms are a little small but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK but the staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was perfect for cooling down after a hot day site seeing. It is only about 5 mins walk from the Main Street and the road it is on has plenty of places to eat drink and have a massage.

Great value, clean, right in the main area
I just love this place. Super cozy and definitely great value for money! The bed is a king size one + lots of pillows and really comfy. You can walk down to the main street in 5 mins or just rent a bike. It’s so cheap there. I would recommended this place to everyone and I will definitely comeback!

Beautiful accomodation, unfortunately they double booked half our stay
We booked Ning cottage through Airbnb for five nights stay, on check in we found that they had us scheduled to check out 2 nights earlier than we had booked. We tried to discuss this with check in staff but their english was limited so they informed us they would call their manager to come see us shortly. When the manager arrived no apology was offered for this mistake and he instead informed us that we would be moved to an alternative property for our last two nights stay. After researching this other property and finding it to be further away and in a difficult location the manager then offered a room at accomodation a bit further down Jl Bisma. Unable to find any other suitable accomodation ourselves at such short notice we accepted. Luckily airbnb provided a refund of the two nights we did not stay at Ning. No apology or offer of compensation was offered to us - not even something as simple as a free drink - and we felt VERY undervalued as a customer.
It is hard to decide if I would stay here again. The cottage itself is beautiful, comfy bed, beautiful sheets and pillows, gorgeous views over rice fields, nice bathroom, and great location, we would have loved to spend the 5 nights we had booked here! Due to the unfortunate event of double booking I think I would be too worried about reoccurrence and having to stay at alternative accomodation that is not as nice (as has happened). The staff seemed very nonchalant about this event and the customer service received left much to be desired. Accomodation in Ubud is very competitive and this customer service incident could have been handled incredibly well and inspired us to give Ning another try.

Great rooms at affordable price
The place was very centric, just a few minutes walk from ubud palace and main road. We were welcomed by a friendly staff and got a super refreshing welcome drink! Our room was super nice, on the second floor with a balcony that had a view to the pool.
- New structure and modern rooms.
- Clean.
- Nice attentive staff although their English was limited.
- Relaxing little pool
- Good breakfast, very tasty. Although the staff needs to organize their timings better but overall good.
There were little things that could be improved but for the price you are paying at this quality of accommodation it’s REALLY GOOD.
