It was a very good place, near to a lot of restaurants and gyms. The room was very good for the price. The only downside was that there was no hot water and when i asked for extra pillows, they weren't able to give due to no pillow casw. Other than that i do recommend thid place a lot

The hotel and restaurant staff were amazing. If you book please book a room on the second floor. Rooms by the pool have a moldy smell. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book again.

service was average, location wasn't great, the room was ok. The hotel restaurant was bad! they had 4 beers on the menu, but only had 1 in stock. The food was okay, but that was it, just okay. We asked for 2 different desserts, both of which were also not available and the one we had (creme brulee) was terrible. We checked out the next day.
the staff were trying their best, but they haven't received ample training. The hotel is noisy, not in a great location. Do not recommend.

This hotel had everything i needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend having a simple flyer at the front desk or in the rooms explaining Gojek and maybe some nearby attractions.
