Loved the Grand Hyatt Bali
We had the best time at the Grand Hyatt Bali!
Rooms - We stayed in the South wing and it was fantastic. Watercourt was the closest restaurant but location had very easy/close access to the pool, kids club and more. Yes the hotel is big, but even travelling with young kids and grandparents it was completely manageable and there are toilets near the pools so you don’t have to go back to your room.
The rooms we had were very clean, lovely fluffy fresh towels, really comfortable bed with nice linen.
Picking up on what others have said about a dated hotel - it was not a concern at all. It’s a traditional Balinese style with gorgeous established gardens and rooms have marble and darker wood which may seem more dated but it’s all very clean. We actually loved this aspect of the hotel as it gave the experience character and authenticity rather than being a white modern hotel.
Staff - Friendly and so attentive, the staff really made you feel welcomed and just added to the complete experience.
Food - We ate in all restaurants and by the pool, all fantastic. When you get takeaway, they time and date stamp it and seal it. We felt the quality was high and felt safe eating.
Pasar Sengol - The highlight dinner! Such a great night with the whole family and kids loved it too. It’s a very light introduction to Balinese culture and entertaining.

Club Access - heavenly holiday!
My 16yo daughter and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The grounds, room, food and beautiful staff made it a perfect break.
We had a Club Access room in the East Village booked through the hotel. This suited us - breakfast in the lovely access lounge with its great food, with variety every day, pretty outlook over the ponds with fish and a water monitor, and delightful staff. There is a separate Club Access pool which wasn’t ever too busy and we stayed there for hours! We had free drinks and canapés every evening. We didn’t get all inclusive , as we don’t eat or drink large amounts and it was more economical for us to just pay as we went and allowed us to go outside the resort for some meals. All the Hyatt restaurants were good.
Important to note that there is a different club lounge, pool and village to that of Luxury Escapes.
Thanks especially to Flo and Sutrisna in the Club lounge and Pari by the club pool.
We have booked a return trip with the rest of the family!

Great family vacation at Grand Hyatt Bali
It was my family travel to Bali for the first time and we enjoyed the stay at Grand Hyatt Bali. The resort offered everything we need during the stay with food, shopping, and various activities. We loved the different swimming pools, variety of the restaurants to choose, walking on the beach during the sunrise and sunset, and nearby Bali Collection to shop. The family photo taken at the hotel was great memory to keep.

Gardens of Bali
Paradise like resort with gorgeous gardens, small waterfalls, flowers, fish, free birds and squirrels. The gym, the table tennis, tennis courts, just wow. Breakfast super diverse, even though we were a little disappointed about our omelets, but it’s a minor detail. The care and attention of the staff after our son was injured in surfing accident was very warm. Beach is beautiful, and very walkable. And we also loved the photoshoot! Very professional, amazing! Big thanx!

We will definitely return!
Fantastic holiday at the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua. The room was great, so much space for myself, my husband and our 2 children.
The pool areas were fantastic. We had such a lovely time and especially enjoyed the pool in the afternoon.
The grounds are beautiful. Our room opened onto gardens with ponds where the ducks came every morning and evening.
The food was amazing. Absolutely zero issues the whole holiday.
We did all inclusive and would highly recommend.
Our kids loved kids club (age 3 and 7). Staff were excellent.
