Good location
Breakfast very simple but taste, staff in cafe too busy and not friendly.

How to be unprofessional.
When I checked in, I was told that there was no booking. I showed the 'owner' per the receptionist my confirmation via email and message, with booking number from Agoda. I was then reluctantly being checked in.
The next morning, at 7am, while having a shower, there was a black out. I waited, and when the shower water was getting weaker, I got out of it as soon as possible. I know electricity was not coming . I dressed up with the help of the light from my handphone, and had to walk few flights of stairs down to the reception. I was told that the standby generating set was out of order.
The breakfast could not be more basic. Fried rice with egg and crackers. The bread bin was empty although Some bread spreads were displayed. The staff were happily helping themselves with the fried rice too.
I was asked to show my confirmation letter from Agoda again later n the second day. Photos were taken again. The 'owner checked and cannot locate my booking was the reason.
This morning, on the third day, I was asked three times whether I will be checking out, by two housekeeping staff, knocking on my door and also by the receptionist when I went to see her as I could not open the door after my breakfast.
I was in the room. When they came in to make the room. No bed sheets were changed. I asked and they said no.
When I first came in, I asked for two towels as I was only given one. One the second day, I was again given one. I have to ask again.
I wonder whether they tried to run me out. The hotel was very empty too.
I gave the hotel one star is for the bright colors in the hotel and it's location. For their attitude and food, they do not deserve any star.

Overpriced, the service is also poor
I got the room in the evening, when I entered it, its quite narrow.. the air conditioner was located exactly beside the bed, not like other three stared hotels.
When I was about to take a bath, I found there was no towel in the bathroom. The bathroom is a bit old too.
The breakfast is poor too. I don't think that I'm willing to stay in the hotel again next time.
