A BITTER EXPERIENCE
The bell boy got me another room but this was worse- No phone, no drinking water, no table or chairs! The room was not cleaned and the linen soiled .
The boy who brought my dinner, got me a chair.
The rooms need urgent maintenance. The front desk needs a person who knows how to talk and deal with ladies. He refused to change my room when I requested but when I decided to cancel my stay, he then offered another "upgraded room"!!
So much for courtesy. The management needs to have a competent person at the front desk .

POOR SHOW GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND GET SHOOT OFF Corrupt STAFF
We booked 5 rooms between us . Door room access. Swip.did not work .
Room safe did not work after attempts by staff to fix .
Curtains fell off when trying to open them .
Electric socket outlets would not work .
No change of towels after being there for a week or bed clothes. No fridge in room as stated in accommodation
Hotel would not except debit MasterCard.
Had to pay cash .
Then they had no change so had to leave the remainder as a tip
After paying cash they would not give a breakdown or receipt .
With exception of two staff members Rodger and Milan the other staff where where corrupt and bulling to other staff members. .
They tried saying I had not paid my bill when leaving even though would not give me a receipt after paying in cash .
After me and my friends travel and stayed here .
I would not recommend what is stated a 4 star hotel.
I will add the food and dinning area was good quality .
But once again staff could not help themselves.
If you stay at hotel you are given 20 percent discount as advertised On food as a gust .
When telling staff this they make out they don't understand. DONT STAY HERE .FEEL SORRY FOR A FEW HONEST Quality MEM BERS OF STAFF THAT WHERE BULLIED SHAME ON YOU CLUB ONE

Membership scam
For ex for badminton they only have 1 hour slots (1 pm to 2pm, 4pm to 5pm and 8pm to 9pm) each 3 times a day for members which is not fair and all the other slots are for coaching classes.
they are more focused in coaching and making money rather then giving services and facilities to the members with yearly membership.
Also, the club one management has a silly rule that the AC will be only operational after the 5PM even in the GYM section.
I would not suggest taking membership as it costed me more then 22,000-/Rs
