stay in vasco

the staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful the room which was given was also very good but they have to increase breakfast buffet items also add juices in their breakfast they have to upgrade their buffet utensils and must have live counters as when i stayed there were only 2 items in buffet for veg and for non veg it was the same

Best hotel

Supreme lives up to its name,nice well appointed rooms,and friendly ,helpful staff,breakfast was a bonus.

OK for a night stay for a single

Property needs renovation. Room walls were like fungus spread, stained WCs in the wash room. Water kept in the bottle at room was contaminated though changed when informed. Clean bed and room. Ok for the price and proximity to the airport and railway station.

Only stayed 10 hours — that was more than enough

After landing in Goa at 1:00 AM I took one of Goa’s cabs to the nearby Vasco da Gama area to look for a hotel. The first couple I checked were either full or closed so I ended up checking into the Hotel Supreme — I just needed a place to sleep till morning.
The cost ($3540 rupees including fees, or about $50 USD) seemed rather steep for a lower-tier hotel in India and the quality of the room didn’t make up for it either. Even the $6 hostel I’m staying at right now is much nicer and cleaner.
My room was on the 8th floor and to get there you have to take an tiny, un-air conditioned elevator through what looked like the kitchen. The thought of getting trapped there was terrifying so I opted for the stairs the rest of the stay.
The first room they tried checking me into wasn’t cleaned yet so they put me in a room across the hall — first thing I saw were stained bedsheets, too.
I guess the one good thing I could say about the room is that I didn’t see any bugs like I was expecting based on reading some reviews, but that’s a pretty low bar to set. The hotel is also right next to the railroad tracks which can be a problem if you’re a light sleeper — fortunately for me I was really tired so I was out like a light.
Overall it’s a place to sleep but not much more than that. Staff is nice for the most part but it was a bit annoying having them to force me out at 10:00 when checkout was at 12:00 noon.

Shifted ...

Booked as an OYO hotel online.
When I tried to check in, they said my booking was shifted to another hotel.
They took me to the hotel by their car, and nobody was there.
Waited sometime and checked in.
Still I got a message from OYO saying I checked in a room at Supreme.
Something fishy is going on.
