Best Staff and hospitality
Our experience at Casa Varca was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was because of the incredible effort put in by the entire kitchen and hospitality team.
We were travelling as a family with several specific dietary requirements, including Jain food, vegan meals, baby food, and many other individual preferences and restrictions. Managing so many different needs could have easily become overwhelming, but the team handled every request with patience, care, and remarkable attention to detail. Every meal felt thoughtfully planned, freshly prepared, and customised to ensure that every member of the family felt comfortable and well taken care of.
This visit was especially meaningful for us because we were celebrating my late father-in-law’s birthday. It was an emotional occasion for the entire family, and the sensitivity, warmth, and support shown by the team made the experience even more special. They understood that this was not just another family meal or holiday, but a deeply personal moment for us.
A very special shoutout to Manoj, Altaf, the chefs, the manager, and every member of the kitchen and service staff. They were consistently supportive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure that we had a memorable experience. No request ever felt like an inconvenience, no matter how detailed or last-minute it may have been.
From managing the different dietary needs to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our family, the team went above and beyond at every step. Their hospitality, kindness, and professionalism allowed us to focus on being together as a family and honouring a very special memory.
Thank you to the entire Casa Varca team for making such an emotional occasion feel so beautiful, comforting, and memorable. We will always remember the care and effort that went into making this experience so meaningful for us.

Good Dining
This is my 3rd time to this Sterling property. I have 1 property share and 2 Time Share property's with Sterling.

In the Dining hall, my family was attended to by Manoj and Samba. They were professional, very well mannered and attending to all our food requirements. Their service was exemplary and made our dining experience a pleasure.

Holiday with family
We had spent time at Sterling goa varca resort. It was memorable amezing extraordinary service has been provided.Rooms are clean,pools and activity also top notch. Special mention restaurant service , they really took care our kids requirement in one word Superb. Mention some name Mr. Sudipta the manager ensure the operation running smoothly all the time he asked about our comfortability,Sanjib ,abtab,manoj,surojit tapas was excellent to provide A1 service. Wonderful Stay at Sterling Varca
Had a wonderful stay at Sterling Varca. The resort’s location near the serene Varca Beach makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The swimming pool is well maintained and adds to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and special thanks to Chef Amol for preparing some fantastic meals that made our visit even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting South Goa.
