A good located hotel with worst maintenance

This hotel is very badly managed at present, they don't have clean bedsheets and towels, they are using used towels and bedsheets. Even toilets were spoiled when we checked-in at 7 pm.worst food in quality variety n look with lot of chilli.

Absolutely horrible property which only tried to cash in on its location without making any effort to actually provide decent se

One of the worst hotels on our char dham circuit. The hotel is situated in the banks of the river but to reach that river one needs to trudge through excreta (animal and human both) and garbage.
Their staff is absolutely untrained. They often mislead guests on purpose and cite unavailability of most things just because they don't want to make any effort. There was a kettle but no tea bags etc. In the room. We asked for non spicy food but they gave us extra spicy food and charged separately for it. We asked for tea without sugar and not once but twice they got sweet tea. That too after making us wait for 45 minutes. The second time their staff insisted that the tea we were having was not sweet at all. The owner by the name of Ms. Chandel speaks very sweetly and gives false assurances but does nothing at all to help. We decided to stay at Harsil on the first night to be closer to Gangotri though we paid for the room at Shiv Parivar to retain it but when we returned the next day to stay in our room, it had been given to someone else and we were given a rubbish room. The washroom was filthier than a public toilet and the door didn't even have a handle. To top all of that the person at the reception asked me for a review when we were checking out. Laughable indeed

Hello everyone this is Mayuresh Prabhakar Kogekar Tour Manager, we have stay here in this property for two nights, we had great experience on this location (bang on Ganga River), food & room ambiance was good, all staff in hotel are co-oprative. Mr. Bhart Tariyal is Manager very nice person, this hotel can provide you early morning pack breakfast at 0400, NICE SERVICE VERY MUCH Satisfied.....

Pilgrimage

The food & staff are very good. But cleaning of rooms & bathroom needs improvement. We reached on 4th June during our visit to uttarakhand and left 5th of June. Location of property is very nice. It is on the bank of Bhagirathi River.
