One of my least favorite hotels amongst 5 I stayed in so far. I still have 2 more nights at 2 different hotels.

The hotel is beautiful but the beds are terrible. The cleanliness is awful. When I sat on the bed, I literally sunk and felt the frame. The staff is wonderful trying their best to accommodate. Dust was everywhere and refrigerator was so dirty. Linen was brown instead of white with stains. I would not recommend this hotel for so many reasons.

Excellent stay experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great service

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was pleasant. The location was also convenient to visit city palace it is 300mtr from hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
