Great Manager Mr Ashwini Kumar.He is the man who is the most customer centric manager and even helped us with suggestions on Booking Darshan.Amazing Individual
Spacious rooms for the kind of daily rack rate.The service apartments with kitchenette are extremely comfortable and spacious
Water,Fridge,Cutlery,Utensils,Bathrooms,Beds,AC were very spacious and kept well
Heart of the city and close to everywhere
Cons
The Jurassic Lift system
Old building ..But does not matter much
Coffee service needs to be spacious and cleaner cups
Microwave not present
Cleaning Soap should be liquid

Stay at Nayath Service Apartments

It was a wonderful stay with absolute cleanliness and care during the COVID-19. The rooms /Bathrooms are very clean, excellent customer service, close to all amenities, Ample parking space and very friendly to inmates. We have come to this place for the second time without even looking at other places to stay....
Would not go for any other booking if i visit Tirupathi again....Keep it up

We met all the requirements as per as mentioned in the photos very much satisfied by all our family members and had a pleasant stay at your apartment bit I like to bring to your notice that at least the apartment should be cleant everyday by your home keeping staffs when we are present in the apartment we already recommended your apartment to our friends and relatives Hence you may be getting guest from Bangalore shortly. Thank you ashwin sir for you great hospitality and friendliness

Nice Service Apartment but Poor Service from Staff

I had been given 2 BHK instead of 1 BHK due to unavailability. I was expecting small kitchen would be available as per the review and hotel site but the apartment where i stayed was not having kitchen.
The staff were not co operative and demanded money while vacating the apartment. i would have given some money at least they could have helped me to carry luggage. Simply demanding money for doing nothing.

Excellent stay for families with childrens

We booked 2 - 2BHK rooms four our group. rooms are very clean nit tidy. kitchen facility is excellent. utensils water fridge etc available in kitchen which make us easy to feed our small children. Nice place to stay for families with small children.
