Lovely Experience

The staff are friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The environment is comfortable and inviting, with cozy seating and calming decor. Specifically, Ms Shalini, at a fine-dining vegetarian restaurant, consistently goes above and beyond to take care of us, ensuring we feel valued and well attended to during each visit.

Terrible restaurant staff

The location is good, and the restaurant is nice, but the restaurant staff is the worst. The quality of the staff needs to improve, particularly in how they treat guests. The hotel management must review their staff and provide training to enhance their knowledge.

Good hotel service of hot water can be improved

Hotel is good
I stayed for one day on 3 jan
We have to wait for hoteater .It does not come till 9.we have to get in bucket
Room is stuffy without ventilation
I got windows opened for which i had to struggle
Rest ok food etc
Location excellent
Near to hotel

Good for short stay

Good and clean room . Bathroom was new and clean too. Our room was facing the temple gopuram and it was beautiful. For short stay I would recommend. Must take an auto to the temple. No cars are allowed beyond a point. Breakfast was basic but delicious.
