Excellent stay

Staffs are friendly and good rrsponsible..
We have enjoyed with our family get together..Tasty food special thanks to all staff and backend tear...specify Mr Satish. Mr baskar Mr Sudhakar. Mr umasankar all lovely staff of grey suit group

Food service

I just went for lunch along family members, kind of food and support are unimaginable.. we really had difficult times due to poor maintain and support from serving staff and pathetic food taste.. in chicken biriyani smeeled like raw chicken flavor.. strongly suggest don't prefer this place.

Good Hotel

I stayed 1 night in this hotel, during my temple visit at Periyapalayam. It’s approx 5 kms from the temple. The hotel looks elegant and rooms are good in size. Bathrooms are clean and good pressure of water, There are few cons like the TV was not working the dish has to be recharged, etc, staff service is good but it can improved, decent breakfast, over all I recommend this hotel for short stay.

Live like a King at Grey Suite

I had stayed at Grey Suit on 3rd and 4th September 2018, during my plant visit in SIPCOT. I am very sure it’s the only good hotel in the 20 kms radius. And it’s the only tall structure in that area hence its hard to miss. I observed that the occupancy during my visit was very negligible and hence got a feeling that I am the KING of Grey Suit. The checking at 6.30 pm was very smooth and I was handed over the Card Key along with 2 slips containing the Wi-Fi passwords for the 2 stays of my stay. It was very professional. The room was spacious with all the modern amenities. The quality of the furniture is excellent and finish is of very good quality. Minor things are thought of like, plug point on the desk itself, Kettle for hot water, shoe brush, full length mirror, mini fridge, safe, lots of drawers, a stand to keep the remote, weighing machine etc. Easy to use soap dispensers and shampoo dispenser. Shoe polishing machine located strategically on the ground floor, opposite the elevator. High chair in the dining area, for children. These facilities are as good as any 5 star hotel in Chennai. Modern card key with Digital Do Not Disturb and Clean Up display. The reception is huge and looks really grand at night. I was given a room with a poolside view. It feels great to open your eyes with a view of vast green fields along with the calm blue water of the pool. Grey Suit also has the facility of a well-equipped modern Gym, Recreation Room and Swimming Pool. The water in the pool was clean and clear. It’s nice to start and end the day with a splash in the pool.
I had a mixed experience with the food. My dinner on 3rd was awesome. I was famished after a round of swimming and ordered Pan Grilled Cheese Cake with Pesto Grilled Vegetable and French Fries Spicy Italian Tomato Salsa. It really had an authentic taste. However the dinner on 4th night was very disappointing. The Veg Thai Curry was terrible. I guess Coconut milk was not enough to bring the taste. The Caramel Custard was the one which I had never tasted in my life. It was sticky. It was confirmed the next day that the chef was different. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. A combination of Indian and Continental. A very good spread, also serving salad and fresh juices. It was lavish. Mr. Vimal really took good care of me. He ensured that crispy hot dosa’s are served during the breakfast. He remembered that I liked Caramel Custard for dessert. He was always there during breakfast and dinner. He really is an asset.
Overall the best place to stay and I would really recommend it.

High Class Hotel with Less Amenities

We were 4 people from Chennai, one for a weekend is day when we checked in the room Wi-Fi was not working and the username for Wi-Fi did not work. We had to call them using the room phone and only then we got all new Wi-Fi user names. They have great and clean swimming pool, snooker, carrom board, table tennis etc., gym also was clean and maintained well!! But the AC at the gym and the gameroom were not working. TV remote was not working and they have not recharge the Tata sky set up box we had to call them twice to get it done. But the staff are very friendly and of course all the issues were resolved immediately. The breakfast I must say they offer western and Indian-food. we ate both and it was delicious.
