Excellent stay and wonderful hospitality!

This was our second visit to Regenta The World Hotel, Surat, and once again, we had a great experience. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall hospitality is excellent.
A special mention to Yuvraj and Simran, who were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm and attentive service made our visit even more pleasant.
It’s always nice to return to a place where you feel welcomed and well taken care of. We definitely look forward to visiting again!
Highly recommended!

Stay and the time spent in the hotel.

The over all experience is very good. The staff is extremely polite and proactive to assist. We had a good time over all in the property, while my toddler and I played in the pool (Devlal), who was near the pool actively started the baby pool water falls. He was very polite and extremely attentive. I could have named him wrong but kindly check who it could be and kindly thank him on my behalf. As a suggestion, as the pool area is open, if the water bottles that you kept for guests were plastic bottles then kindly refrain from keeping them out in the sun as it can leach Pfas and BPA into the water. Over all, had a good experience. Thankyou.
