Warm Hospitality That Made Our Group Stay Memorable
Although we initially faced an issue with the AC and an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, it was resolved quickly and efficiently and we had no issues for the rest of our stay.
A special thank you to Ajaz Yatoo at the Front Office, Faisal, Faizan, and Showket from Housekeeping and Naseer and Anoor from F&B for their excellent service. The food was an easy 10/10!
A heartfelt thanks to General Manager Moshim for personally taking such good care of our group and ensuring everything went smoothly.
The warmth, hospitality, and service truly stood out. We would happily recommend The Rosendale to anyone visiting Srinagar and would love to stay here again.
