The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7.
The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner.
Our room areas was cleaned daily, all th3 staff are trustworthy which is reassuring.
The lady who cleaned our room took pride in her job and the rooms were spotless.
Thank you Ziva, hope to stay again in March 2026.Fat Tiger restaurant did some amazing and reasonably priced food and non alcoholic drinks.
The road leading to the hotel was full of large potholes and car journey even in a large 7 seat people carrier was uncomfortable.

Very Poor Service & Hospitality

i stayed at Ziva Suites Boutique Hotel for a night- was travelling for business reasons. The rooms are very spaious and comfortable. The service and food quality is terrible, i have stayed here for a number of times and its getting worse. Best avoided.
Some ex: Bfast counter spread / Ability to service food on time / Receptionist ability to undersatnd and respond to querry - all are pathetic. Will surely not like to stay again.

Top notch location and service!

Top notch stay in prime location Goa. Ziva Suites has multiple types of suites based on what you like and require. You can book the honeymoon suite for added comfort of the terrace suite for large terrace areas. All suites are very comfortable and built thoughtfully. The sleep quality is excellent. The breakfast buffet is something I highly appreciate and recommend. Pool is lovely and the property has ample parking. Loved my stay here. It was lively and awesome. Staff is very helpful and warm hospitality is their motto. Loved the experience.

I don't know Why I booked this Hotel for Stay

I don't know why I booked this hotel for the Stay.
The approach road of 2 kms is pathetic. There is nothing. No shop, you can't get any auto or taxi as well.
On contrary, location seems good as Thalassa, Kiki by the sea etc are very near by. The Ziva suites hotel is combination of 3 floors 2 buildings. One set of building has got the view of Forest and swimming pool and the other set of building has no view. Rooms are quite big which suites family needs. Extra bedding provided is the couch available which is pathetic and very hard to sleep. Breakfast menu is limited and is actually not worth it. Everything is served cold but service is top notch. Overall I will give it a miss and will never recommend this place
