Very good experience
Conversation is good with staff.
Service boys is eco-friendly and very caring..
Morning breakfast is too good with Italy and dosa also have a few types of fruits like watermelon and some types of vegetables salad

I booked from MakeMyTrip online and paid 14221/- for two nights.
If you want to book please book by directly calling hotels as apps like MakeMyTrip, goibibo are expensive compared to directly booking.

Noisy through the night, cramped basement parking, not so great room and washrooms

MY ONLY ADVICE TO THE HOTEL --- PLS UPDATE YOUR SNAPS, so that customers know what they are in for.
This was the last and the worst hotel on our family vacation.
Had booked it seeing the photos on MakeMyTrip. And, must say, that the snaps were taken when the hotel was launched.
Currently, the property is in dire straits. Let us see where did all the star rating disappear!
1. The hotel needs to update its current photos on every website, so that customers like me are not shocked on arrival!
2. Hotel is on 2nd floor and parking is in basement. Nobody to guide. Nobody to take your luggage from basement.
3. Was here for 24 hrs. Asked for WIFI password almost 3-4 times. But, have not got it yet.
4. When we checked in, we were escorted to the room, where the WC pot was flushed in front of us! Yucks!!
5. The tiles were broken and made enough noises. The glazed partition was opened at joints and stuck with a PAYTM tape... Seriously??
6. The sofa emitted loads of dust on sitting and this triggered my frustration to the extent of demanding change of room. Being a non-refundable booking, I had no option of moving out.
7. Moved to another room, which was small, but comparatively clean. The walls were still having a lot of molds and the paint was peeling of at places.
8. The basin outlet was leaking and the dirty water after hand-washing was dripping all over the bathroom floor.
9. There were torn towels kept in the name of floor mats and the side-bed-lamps were broken.
I have paid money for this seeing the snaps on the website and I am entitled to get a similar, if not better experience.
MY ONLY ADVICE TO THE HOTEL --- PLS UPDATE YOUR SNAPS, so that customers know what they are in for.
