Awesome location
We were 4 couples enjoyed in this hotel in the first week of May. Superb hotel location, very clean and food was amazing. The hospitality from reception to room service wad awesome. Specifically, Mr.Bhumija has taken utmost care for our food and room services. We will definitely recommend this hotel for cool and calm atay.

Leisure luxury comfort and beauty in one place
During my visit to Chail I had received a confirmed booking of The Tree House Chail Vilas from my touring partner.
Believe me guys this Vila had offers me all the things u need for a cozy, comfortable and relaxed stay. We had a relaxing stay.
Let me review every thing about this property one by one.
Location
The property is easily accessible and the roads are black top. If u r coming from Kasauli it will take 3 hours to reach there depending on the traffic jam in case u see.
Property
This Vila offers u variety if rooms including valley view rooms with balcony duplex suites and many more. It also provides u a duplex gaming zone for kids and adults where u can play Caram Board Table Tennis and many more.
The front desk reception office is so beautiful it was build with trees Inside absolutely making it a tree house in real sense
The Vila offers u Jacquizi services for being relaxed after long driving and it is completely private for one family at one time
The Vila also included bonfire in the night where u can enjoy your food in the lawn and open area.
Rooms
Let me tell u that the rooms are so beautiful and so well maintained. U will get everything u need here in just one call. What i like the most during my three days visit at this Vila is the kindly and helping staff they got. Believe me guys o had been visiting in my hotels and properties since 2019 but the humble, kind, cooperative and friendly staff I see here i hadn’t seen anywhere else in my life time. They treat the customers as their own family members. In dinning section there is one person who is managing the affairs of dinning section namely Mr Sandeep Verma he is the best person who took keen interest in offering best in class services to the guests he is always serving every guest with a smile on his face and walkways adjust with the demands and expectations of the customers. All the boys who are serving in dinning section are too good and best In their class. Special thanks to Mr Nishant who is an Interne in this place had provided me everything my family demands with always a smiling face. My bes wishes for u brother Nishant for a successful career.
Although I do not know the names of all the staff members yet I will say that they all are serving in the best manner so that nothing skip from their end in providing leisure and delightful services to their customers.
Food
The food was so yummy and so tasty that I can’t explain. It is hygienically prepared and had not more spices. Taste of food is best and the Buffet services in breakfast offers u variety of mouth watering delicacies.
Over all my experience at this place is beyond the level of expectations and beyond the level of comfort I had imagined
Will surely come here in This homely place with such friendly staff to spend more time of my vacations

The staff , the property, location, plantation around the property and the food was great. The staff made every effort to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast was sumptuous and the dinner menu had a variety of cuisines. The staff was prompt in service. The trees and plants in and around the property make it unique.
The sitting area provides ample view of the valley ,sunset and sunrise. The valley view rooms give a spectacular view of the valley.
The play area dedicated to children is interesting and keeps them engaged . The swing in the central courtyard is a centre of attraction. They have a bonfire every evening in the centre of the hotel courtyard.
The staff served the meals with love .The bathroom was equipped with a clothing line and a stool to sit and enjoy the bath. Each part of the property is pristine clean.
They took good care of our cab driver too.
This is a quiet place full of natural beauty .
Thank you for being genuine . It was a total value for money deal for us.

Best property to stay at Chail
Fabulous stay - Clean and aesthetic property and what's the best is the staff including Mr Gujjar _ the hospitality by the staff was so warm and friendly that we felt so much at home. The valley view rooms were great - well kept and clean. It was a wonderful feeling to get up to see the dawn and dusk lying in your bed thanks to the French window set up. The room service was quick and efficient so you don't miss the joy of having a cup of hot tea watching the valley. Again, not to miss the food which was delicious and really just was the icing on the cake.
I really recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a quiet and resting time.
Just another compliment which I can't say enough _ each of the staff members are the stars and the true reason for the stay while of course the property is beautiful as well

Great food, peaceful surroundings, and lovely people.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent—dal makhani was a clear standout. We stayed in a duplex, which was spacious and perfect for a family of 4-5, making our stay very comfortable.
The property is surrounded by lush green forest, offering a calm, serene environment. Morning walks here are a delight, with fresh air and peaceful views all around. It’s located just outside the main town, adding a touch of chill and quiet that’s hard to find elsewhere.
The hospitality was top-notch. Big thanks to Vicky and Thakur for their kind service. A special mention to Bhumaji, whose warm nature and personal touch truly made us feel at home.
The only area that needs improvement is the washrooms, which could be better maintained to match the rest of the experience.
Overall, it was a relaxing, homely, and memorable stay—great food, peaceful surroundings, and lovely people. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to visit again!

The title of this hotel is verified. This really is treehouse -styled
The property is just amazing. Love the nature.View is just WOW! If you meet Bhumaji, you're in luck. He is such a good person. An exception is that if you are a working person, you might face some problems as WIFI s not available in rooms. I hope they fix it.
