Cons :
No Hotel Parking in fact on Mall road you will not get any hotel with parking.
Paid Parking is half km away where you need to park but good thing is you can come close to the hotel as the hotel is beginning of the mall road and the hotel staff will help for the luggage and go along with you at parking.

Package Inclusions Promised: Hotel stay, local sightseeing, cab for entire route, and river rafting.
❌ Issues Faced:
1. False Commitments: Despite paying full amount, the agent did not provide promised services like local sightseeing, river rafting, or proper cab facilities.
2. Poor Hotel Service: Hotel Dalziel provided substandard rooms and unhygienic conditions, which were not as per the commitment.
3. Fraudulent Collaboration: The hotel itself introduced us to this travel agent, showing clear collusion in this tourist scam.
4. Mental Harassment & Loss: The unprofessional behavior and negligence caused mental stress, wastage of time, and financial loss.
This kind of behavior is not only fraud but also a defamation of Himachal Pradesh's reputation as a tourist destination. We request strict action against Dev Raj (Travel Agent) and Hotel Dalziel, to ensure other tourists are not harassed or cheated like us.
Request for Action:
Immediate investigation of this incident.
Penal action against the hotel and travel agent.
Refund of our ₹34,000 or part thereof.
Cancellation of license of such unregistered/unethical operators.

A beautiful property lost in the hands of poor staff

Great location
Good views of the mountains from backside of the property
Lost two stars for not having water when asked in night and for no accessibility to cars during the daytime
We were given family room which was big, but lacked certain basics like bottled water
Staff were courteous
