Nice stay

I personally like the hotel so much..very caring staff, rooms are very comfortable, food,aroma,bar everywhere a royal feeling is all around..

Very bad experience

On 30th April we visited royal retreat continental for the purpose of booking of seats in restaurant where we met with Balaram Das with him we take a look of restaurants and decided to book a place for 10 pax and talked about food and menu and discounts .
After our conversation Mr Balram Das promised us for 15 percent discount on billing.
After that I will confirm my booking on 5th May and 9th may with a pre planned menu . He didn't confirm accordingly there standard only confirm about booking date but I will share both date & time and menu for the Lunch.
As earlier i promised for 10 am-11am but I will reached at 11 am after that I will tell them about our booking and pre planned menu but they said us that they know about menu not about portion so they are not prepared after that they (ARPITA ) will lead for table and take order from us but soup was delivered delay and too much spicy our guest is not happy with soup and starter which they provide us after that they took too much time so we will decide for place lunch for their knowledge they write whole thing on KOT pad with time 11 :27 am but after 10 min our guest denied food because first experience of food soup and starter was very spicy so they were not able to consume so we inform to CAPTAIN and server ARPITA please do not make food hold if we again place order then server it.
They have one new rule if we ordered 11 piece of gulab jamun and icecream we have to take 12 they placed 12 by themselves and told us you have take 12 11piece we didn't serve
Then we order coffee but it will take 10 mins
Total bill of our consumed food is 4200 but they packed food of 2400 and told us you didn't cancel order you must suppose to take if you have taken ordered food. They misbehave like it's our mistake

Supervisor is oversmart
Please don't play with guest
I have attached bill copy and extra item list which pressurized to take
Restaurant owner and General manager must know the things
Overall I am not happy
If you people inform us sir if you ordered it's can't cancel then we will suggest our guest to consume but you people play smartly and packed our food .
Great efforts to improve your service and suggest guest it's not good place for eat and chill.

Very nice hotel with lots of positive vibes. Feeling peaceful at the luxurious royal hotel. Food, bar, pool,room,banquets all facilities provided under a roof thats awsome.

Birthday Party Celebration at The Royal Retreat

Booked for a birthday party. What a luxurious view at the pool side. Very well trained staff, delicious food,royal feeling everywhere. Much recommended for a royal parties

The stay was very comfortable and staff was very helpful and good it was a great experience Thanks to all ! Front office staff Akriti sheron and Niranjan was good , Ambience was excellent room service was good and excellent thanks to everyone
