Pathetic stay!

The most pathetic hotel stay ever. Completely vulgar people.
They have a contract cancelled with all the online travel portals.
Neither they have the decency to talk to Agoda & confirm cancellation from there end, where the reservation was made from neither have the decency service customer waiting since an hour.
The room service staff has a master keys & enters without ringing the bell or knocking the door & has the balls to argue.
And the rooms stinks pathetic so changed the room..to my worst experience, the hotel phone is kinda broken & there's no wifi. There are cockroaches all over the place, condom wrappers & the floor is all dirty.
Worst experience of stay till date in the whole of India.
NEVER STAY HERE. BE SAFE!

Bad experience upin entry. Only staff were friendly was the porters

Very poor service upon entry. Receptionist was like can't let you in without ID. We had a disabled person with us who couldn't stand. The next person said we could go up. But we stayed because the first pereon said no. He remained silent and didn't speak to us. Stopp there for about half an hour waiting for him to scan each page of passport like we're not going to flippin run off. Entry to the room was worse. Cockroach comes out of the luggage storage, bedside cabinet draw decided to fall apart on my foot which has been operated on so was in pain. Bedding and pillowcases were covered in stains. Not happy at all. Poor customer service for such a hotel. I expect a response. I am from the UK and if this was the case manager would have given full refund and taken better care of us. The porters were extremely friendly and cared unlike the management.
Old management was very nice as i stayed here every time i come from UK. Spoilt since under nee management.
"we care and it shows" don't think so it should be we don't care and it shows.

Bad Experience

Another Facility with deceptive and misleading images. Old hotel with stingy smelling corridors. Bedding and linen old. Toilets look dirty, interiors are in bad condition, chapped walls. Nothing worth mentioning to give a score. To be avoided!! Hotels next this facility is excellent.

Bed was comfortable

The hotel room was good on arrival. But the bathroom was pretty dirty and needed some serious attention. Even the dust bin was not cleaned. So we asked for another room which was fine and clean. The bed was most comfortable. The room was spacious and worth. The staff were courteous and polite. Good Stay!!

Poor Service

Room service staff has training and communication trouble . Resturant staff untrained resources who do not know the protocol. One of them has attitude problem and keeps o talking as long there and it is a big disturbance This is like Dharamshala I recommend people to check other alternatives around
