One of the best stay.

Had a really pleasant stay at the hotel.the overall experience was comfortable and positive and the staff was friendly and helpfull.special thanks to iqra from front desk for being polite and helpful throughout my stay .she made overall interaction smooth and welcoming. Overall good experience and would be happy to stay here again.

2-Star Motel Standards

The Lalit Chandigarh feels like a property in serious decline, surviving on its brand name and cosmetic makeovers. Rooms were dirty, windows visibly filthy, and even the alternative rooms shown to us were no better. Instead of fixing issues, the staff seemed more interested in making excuses.
The worst was the pool. We were first told it was closed for “treatment”; after we questioned this, we were suddenly told it was open and “safe”, despite the water being visibly unclear/dirty-looking. With children, there was absolutely no way we were going to use it.
The property feels tired and poorly maintained, but what is worse is the complete indifference of the staff. No ownership, no urgency, no genuine concern.
Five-star branding, motel-level upkeep and service. The Lalit Chandigarh is nowhere close to the luxury standards it claims. A thoroughly disappointing experience.
