The swimming pool was one of our favourite parts of the stay. It was clean, well maintained and perfect for spending some quality time together. The kids especially had a great time, and the Kids Zone was another big highlight. There were plenty of activities for children, which made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family.
The rooms were comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful, and the overall cleanliness and hospitality were really impressive. What I loved most was that there was something for everyone—whether you want to relax, enjoy the pool, spend time with kids or simply sit back and enjoy the peaceful environment.
The staff were also very polite, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Their hospitality genuinely made us feel comfortable and cared for.
Overall, our stay at Infinitea was a wonderful family experience. We laughed, relaxed, enjoyed the pool, spent quality time together and made some really beautiful memories. ❤️
Definitely a place I would love to visit again with my family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, fun and memorable family getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An Amazing Stay at Infinitea Tea Resort, Palampur!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Infinitea Tea Resort, Palampur. From the beautiful property and relaxing pool facilities to the next-level food, everything was truly exceptional. The peaceful surroundings and warm hospitality made our stay even more special.
A special shoutout to Shreshtha, Shamsher, and Akarshit from the Front Desk for being so welcoming, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Also, a big thank you to Sahil, Kuljeet, Sohan, and Sher Singh from F&B for their excellent service and making sure we had a wonderful dining experience.
The housekeeping staff deserves a special mention as well—they were always on their feet and ready to help us with anything we needed. Their dedication and prompt service really stood out.
Overall, the hospitality, food, service, and facilities were next level. It genuinely felt like the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
