There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available.

It is a good location hotel on mall road. Booked on Oyo rooms.

Budget Hotel at Good Location

This hotel located on Mall Road just in front of Naini Lake near Railways guest house. From mall road it has straight steep road to reach this hotel of about 100meter. The naini lake can observe from balcony and roof of this hotel. We are there as big group (12 people), so we took 4 bedded rooms, this is budget hotel so don't expect luxury or even standard things. As they don't have Geyser in bathrooms, but they provide hot water in bucket on demand. The cleaning not upto mark, but OK as per budget hotel. The location is very demanding and easy to access. Overall OK experience.
