Hotel Rating ZERO, Star Rating ZERO, definitely not even a Single Star Hotel

Let this only be Hidden, Shhh.....

- Matchbox size claustrophobic dingy rooms, which can accommodate only a double bed, nonspace for you to move.
- Delapidated creaking furniture.️
- No power backup.
-They took four hours to arrange toilet tissue paper roll & 6 hours to provide filthy stained towels - Towels are worse than floor mops, we bought fresh towels from local market.
- Dirty filthy stinking linen, bedsheets, pillow covers, blankets with semen and period/blood stains (pls see pics/videos)
- Pillows are torn (pls see pics/videos)
- washroom stinks with sewage smell.actually it's everywhere.
- bucket and mug are pathetically dirty and stained too- cannot be used.(Pls see pics/videos)
- No Kettle, tea coffee in the room
- Non Ventilated Rooms smell with paint polish varnish smell, and have dangerous creepy crawlies to bite you crawling near your sleeping area and beds (pls see pics and videos)
- Hotel is hidden because it is in shabby delapidated condition.

- Maybe people giving higher reviews are paid, have been staying on the road or dharamshalas and actually never stayed in 2/3 star hotels.
Food -
No buffet, anything you ask/request they refused - sandwich, Upma, etc - nothing is available, it's there only in the Printed Menu.
Poha was fried in stinking oil
Eggs took 45 minutes to boil
Paranthas were ok
Masala Chai was ok
Will I stay again in this Hotel - NEVER and request others also not to
It's a definitely avoid Hotel

Frod and scammed with me

I suvendu saha had booked two rooms for hotel hidden chalet nainital for oct 7th to 9 th. But i have to cancelled my two reservations for my father s health issues.
Hotel hidden chalet nainital had charged me inr 2400/- for two bookings in advance which was 50℅ of total amount which I have been paid on aug 30 th through paytm UPI.
They told me that in case i would like to cancel my booking then I have to inform them 2 days before for absolutely free cancellation. My booking was in 7 th oct and i cancelled my booking on 1st oct and then I had informed them also via phone . I have also my cancellation emails on 1st oct .
But now they totally denying it and saying that the booking is not cancelled but i have all the proof and i didn't get my refund back yet

Good Place at Good Budget

To be very frank, the location of the hotel is just awesome as it is situated near the market and has great views. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff is cooperative too. We are 2 guys and due to the long drive to Nainital, we were very tired. The hotel staff has taken care of all the responsibilities and the manager there named Monty helped us in everything. Guided about the place and made arrangements for the food as we are late. I can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budgeted option.

Terrible experience

We had visited there on 31/oct to 3/nov.
Very terrible experience. Once we reach hotel,Hotelier told there is no booking From OYO.We waited for 2hrs with family and kids in Cold.STAFF WAS NOT CO OPERATIVE.They were asking us to give another lower category hotel. Although we had made advance payment hotel was saying that there is no booking. AFTER HASSLE OF 2hrs we got rooms..When we entered rooms it were very small and too much bad stincking. Never book this hotel.
