Nice quiet hotel
Stay date : 6th Jan 2018 11 AM to 7th Jan 2018 Noon.
We had been allocated a room in this hotel as part of participation package of 2nd Konkan Beach run. Initially we were a bit worried about our stay after seeing some of the review on internet. However this hotel is very nice and we had no complaints (ok maybe just 1 complaint) during our stay.
The hotel is located in a quiet lane and has big trees in front of it. The parking is big and open. We were staying in a single room (double occupancy). The room had enough furniture and blankets, towels, soap and shampoo for both of us. There is also a cable tv in the room.
The room was clean and so was the washroom.
For food they have a roof top eating area. They don't have a fully functional restaurant but they have a kitchen where 2 cooks are available to make food. If you want lunch/dinner then you need to tell them in advance (at least 1- 1:30 hour heads up). The lunch and dinner thalis were nice and we liked the food. They also provide tea and bottle water, soft drinks on request.
The staff were also very good and helpful. As we had gone for a running event, the staff took into account our request of less spicy food and sugarless tea.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone for stay.

Worst experience in Naomi beach hotel
The hotel first allowed us to book the hotel online through a reputed website goibibo and booking also got confirmed with advance payment. When we reached the hotel, we were in for a rude shock that they dont accept in the online booking and it was big hassle to get the online booking cancelled and then do the booking directly with the hotel.
This is done purposely by the hotel to ensure the guest come to their hotel and then they dont have a choice but to stay in their hotel only as they cannot go anywhere else. Dont do booking in this hotel. Terrible experience for us!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WORST HOTEL WITH WORST SERVICE
Pathetic hotel. The hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. Dirty bedsheets dirty rooms. AC was not working. The staff were cheats. They took our money in the beginning itself because they knew we will not give them a single penny once we enter the room. The old caretaker was fighting with us the moment we entered the hotel. If we wouldnt have booked the hotel in advance we wud have never entertained anyone. All of my friends were abused by the hotel staff members. The hotel is extremely unsafe. Things went out of hand when we came after eating food at 1:30 am in the night and the caretaker refused to take us inside and locked the hotel's main gate.

One of worst experience
This was office friends trip. Every six months we travel somewhere for one night stay. We were 16 people. We got dormetry which is good, big room. Out of three a/c one was not working. Food was not upto mark. There are better food hotels nearby this hotel. Now coming to main point the hotel staff was very roud, araugant, very difficult to handle. Manager was good. Overall all very bad experience. Not recommended.

Above Average Hotel
Excellent service! The manager was so humble and helpful. I don't know why people are saying bad service. Also, literally 4 mins walk from this beach view. This part of the beach is a lot less commercial and absolutely stunning during evenings and mornings. Hotels rooms are decent and humble. What you expect from remote non commercial areas. Don't come for Luxury. Come for the view and the amazing service.
