Hospitality at its best.

Last week we visited Mysore and the hotel stay made us feel at home. Excellent front office executives and support staff who were always available from a call away. Everything happened as per plan and we enjoyed the trip and would certainly be cherished in our memories. I would strongly recommend this hotel which fits into the budget for middle class families.

Fraud hotel. Will not allow to check in unless you pay in cash over and above your booking.

This hotel wants customer from oyo Houdini mmt etc but will not honour their tariff. So they will not check in until you pay in cash. Very rude and disrespectful. Breakfast is complimenary but the Tea with it is charged! Rooms small and dingy with mosquitoes. AC and TV remote not working. Plug points not working can't charge your phone. No room service at all as no intercom. Beds will give you backache. They did with all online booking customers.
So beware of all this positive reviews. Totally fraud and false customer service of make my tripor goibibo or oyo. Totally wasted my holiday.

Terrible two days experience

I went to Mysore with my friend for two days and as it was a festival season and unavailability of hotels, I had to book in this hotel.
Pros:
Place to rest at night under a shade with blanket which costs ₹4,000 per night
Cons:
• There is free parking but on the road.
• The room does not match with the image and the size is half of the image shown.
• The washbasin is clogged.
• The pillows are torn.
• There is neither geyser nor hot water but probably warm water due to the pipes being heated by the sun.
• The dustbin and mattress have stains and unclean.
• The mirrors unwiped.
• Remotes do not work.
• Recommended to avoid the complimentary breakfast as there are cheaper and better hotels nearby.
• Extra charges if exceeded the Check-out time (11AM) even if your Check-in is 12 hours late. Kindly book your tickets as per their hotel timings.
• Extra ₹10 for the water bottle requested.
• No change in blankets, pillows or even towels the next day. Use the same for the rest of the stay.
Really unworthy for the cost and service provided.

The Best Hotel & the best stay

The best stay in the hotel I opted. I along with my family visited Mysore & chose the hotel White Parrot which was the best hotel. The stay was very comfortable.The food was very yummy & tasty. Staffs are very keen & helpful. Guidance of them around the places was very helpful. I recommend this hotel for the betterment of the stay during the visit & also its very near to many tourists places.

One of the best Mid - Budget 2 Star Hotel in Mysore

One of the best Mid - Budget 2 Star Hotel in Mysore. We had booked 8 rooms for 2 nights, for our cousins marriage. Rooms are clean and well maintained, with family friendly staff. Location of the hotel is the main plus point - it is in the city but not in the crowded place, ample of parking and many food options near by.
