Worse ever service

I don't see any professionalism in the staff. They have a person in the reception who is just an Ill mannered guy. He kept staring at my wife which really made me very uncomfortable and the main thing is, they entertain house keeping staff to take the upper hand in speaking to the customer and there was a lady who raised her voice against me and my wife when I said that the rooms aren't clean as it is shown in the website.

Worst and Poorest Hotel in Mysuru

This is very worst hotel in the city. If you wants to torture yourself and family than only select this hotel.
Very dirty unwashed bedsheets, blanket, no hygiene. Staff is very rude and dirty with bad body odour, manners less, you can be cheated here. Hotel is displaying tarrif 799 per day but they charged Rs.4500 for a night. As compare to Saray and Dharamshala rooms are worst.
I would not suggest anybody to stay here.

Good hospitality

Beautiful hotel in a good location. The room provided was not cleaned properly and hence we changed the room immediately. The room was spacious but a little smelly. Good hospitality was provided. Budget priced hotel offering great stay for everyone.

Good hotel reasonable price

It is not very well decorated form outside but , room are really nice, bathroom was clean, Wifi, hot water, television, air condition etc all kind of facilities were available. hotel atmosphere is also good you can easily stay with family . We payed around 650/- for one non A/C room, one night, for 2 people.

Neat and Clean Rooms

Low budget but still super clean and neat. From outside it might look like a cheap hotel but the inside is pretty clean and no less than a posh hotel. Free Wifi is available but was super slow. The room we stayed was tidy. Bathrooms are clean and had geyser for hot water. We payed 1900/- for one room, one night, for 4 people.
