Great Ambiance

Hotel has great ambiance and location. Hotels has enough parking space and easy approach from Mall. We were two families and breakfast was served hot and staff was really well mannered and co-operative.

Worst hotel

I stayed in this hotel with my family. Nobody was available on reception desk. Staff (Mr. Harish Pawar) who says property owner, was sleeping on the couch. He was too rude. Pathetic hotel of hill station. Found blood spots on bed linen. Dirty rooms. Suggest never stay in this hotel at all.

My Mussoorie Memories

Mussoorie, a hill station in Garhwali Himalayan range (popularly known as Queen of Hills) of Uttarakhand at an average altitude of 6,170 ft geographically having Himalayan snow ranges on northeast, Doon Valley and Shiwalik ranges on south.
Mussoorie, a graceful hill station founded by some of Lieutenants of East India Company. This hill station is having several iconic significances like having first Gurkha Regiment, India’s first beer brewery, St. George's College one of the oldest colleges of India hopefully built in somewhere 1850s or so (not sure of exact year), and famous Woodstock International School belongs to 1850s, and there are few more centuries old schools and educational institutions which I couldn’t recollect their names exactly. The famous training institution for Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and other civil services - “Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration”, and famous ITBP (Indo Tibetan Border police) Academy.
The municipal administration here is really doing laudable and commendable service in strict implementation of plastic ban in total town and commercial vehicle ban in Mall area (only private cars are permitted to reach hotel parking’s and rest of all are provided an earmarked parking lots in entrance of Mall road by GMVN (Gharwal Mandal Vikas Nigam – an arm of Government of Uttarakhand) is also doing best and trustworthy service to pilgrims and tourists with a prepaid taxi services at very reasonable prices from several places of State including from Dehradun railway station which is really supportive to visitors. GMVN is doing best service in logistics field by packaged and customized tours.
After the Mall Road, the “Kulri” (old Mussoorie otherwise) is the most famous market in Mussoorie. Known for its collection of fashionable apparels, handicrafts and artifacts, Food joints, Coffee & confectionary shops, Kulri Bazaar is quite popular with the tourists as well as the locals. This market also has a line of swanky hotels, restaurants and big business houses. The structural designs of few shops resembles English environment with wide range of confectionaries and cow boy style food joints.
Kempty falls is another worthy place to visit where one can fide crystal clear waters gushing from ranges to valley down with picturesque locations to have excellent album which can last for life time.

Excellent Location

The Hotel is on the Mall Road just near to Library Chowk, which is just awesome. The rooms are quite spacious. Food is great. The staff is helpful. We stayed there for 2 days and really enjoyed the trip.

Average Stay

Location at Mall road is the only advantage of this hotel which could lead you to everything nearby.
We booked 2 deluxe rooms which were prepared after our arrival and we had to wait for an hour to get the room. Additionally, we had to ask the staff to change the bed sheet again as they were not clean. On the other hand, Room was also very old and dirty.
No room heating mechanism in winters.
