Good Budget Property

It's a good and noise-free property. The property's location is good. It's just 100-200 meters distance in a lane from the corporate towers and main road. Breakfast was good. The staff and management are polite. I think this property is safe for women also as I saw a few women guests. Still, I can't comment from women's perspective. The room you may find small but I am satisfied with is cleanliness and maintenance. Overall it's a good budget property in the city like Mumbai.

Comfort within budget

Comfortable stay within budget category. Nice staff. Good connectivity. However being a part of a residential project, it has its own limitation. Overall value for money for a budget hotel. Highly recommended for those who are ok with the distance from South Mumbai

Terrible customer service and awful experience. Not recommending to anyone.

This is the worst and unprofessional hotel in Mumbai. My brother booked and remote checked in yesterday night uploading all visa related documents, but he was rejected entry saying that he is a foreign national. When making the booking, no information as such could be found or conveyed to us. At late night he had to find a different place to stay which is absurd. This is the most unprofessional hotel I had ever come across the globe. And they refused to refund saying that it was not cancelled prior and he has not checked in even though we have cab proof and photography proof that he was rejected being a foreign national.

Great Stay

Hello all
1) Hotel staff are family friendly.And Management is awesome.They take care of every small thing you need.
They arranged private cab for us to visit points in Mumbai.They also monitor the safety precautions for the family visit.
2) View of the valley from room is refreshing.Breakfast , Lunch and dinner is cooked by authentic chef and served on time
3) Location close to airport
Over all Great Stay

Pathetic, don't ever visit this hotel

Pathetic, electricity went off and they don't even have power back in some rooms. The guy keeps saying "soiye sir, power aayega to aa jayega". Got fooled by ratings at Booking.com. When finally ge agrees to give room says he will wake me up to shift to my original room
