Below expectations

Please improve your food quality. It’s getting pathetic. Every time I come to have food, I always find the same paneer gravy item on the buffet. Add mutter paneer or palak paneer sometimes.

Awesome food and excellent customer service

I had a very good time at the restaurant. The staff of Anil Kumar and Ayyan were exceptional in service, and the food was also great. Highly recommend the 24/7 Restaurant in Lalit, Mumbai.

Excellent hotel

Hotel location is highly convenient. Me my wife and my new born kid recently visited the hotel for staycation of 2nights. We stayed in room 247 where extraordinary services received from the housekeeping staff Mr. Waheed he was so calm and quick. Apart from that every single staff serves with a very good smile and it takes the experience to next level. Ambience and the property is neat and clean. Restaurant 24×7 food is tasty and mouth watering dishes are garnished very well. Hotel staffs are so friendly and smiling special mention to Ms. Namrata. Pool is clean. Overall it's a good five star property and I strongly recommend it for family visit.
One suggestion: sometimes lift was not accepting my card keys hope it's temporary otherwise everything is excellent 5 on 5 rating for this property.
