Good for a short stay for solo travellers
Like every other Ibis, this one also had a small room with just the basic facilities. This room is designed for a stay of one or two nights. The cupboard is too small to just hang 2-3 shirts and keep a couple of pants. The bathroom is the usual portable type. However the food and behaviour of the staff were pretty good. If you are solo and planning for a stay of one or two days you can choose this one, the room is just not designed for a longer stay or if you are with the family you have a hard time.

Last 15 days staying in hotel. House keeping services are excellent. Staff member such as Shweta is very co-operative.

The room is suffocatingly small with a pre fabricated toilet. No slippers in the room. One tea bag of black tea kept for tea that also of the lowest quality!! Sad to have stayed for 4 nights there after paying a very good per night rate of almost more than 10.5k per night!

A Heartfelt Appreciation for IBIS Vikhroli’s Exceptional Food & Service ❤️
Today, we had a Core Team meeting at Atomberg Technologies Ltd., which was attended by several VVIPs. My CHRO asked me to arrange food from the best 5-star hotel. I suggested that we regularly order food from IBIS Vikhroli for our Board Meetings and that they have always been extremely trustworthy. We also have a very good relationship with their team, and Jenisa personally coordinates with Chef Parshil to customize the food according to our requirements.
My CHRO simply told me, “Sachin, you take care of the food. You decide what you feel is best.”
So, I planned the menu:
Breakfast
Medu Vada
Idli, Sambar & Chutney
Sabudana Khichdi
Lunch
Phulka
Mixed Vegetable
Kadhai Paneer
Veg Biryani
Dal Khichdi
Desserts
Gulab Jamun
Semiyaan Kheer
And honestly, you won't believe what happened. My CHRO appreciated me for the food arrangement, and everyone absolutely loved it! In fact, people were asking for more varieties.
I personally tasted the food as well, and I absolutely loved it. All the Core Team members really enjoyed the meal and appreciated the food.
The Kadhai Paneer and Mixed Veg were exceptionally delicious. They were neither too spicy nor oily, exactly as per the standard instructions I had given Jenisa and the Chef. The Biryani and Dal Khichdi were incredibly flavourful, and the Phulkas were so soft and fresh.
The team especially enjoyed the breakfast. The chutneys and sambar were simply amazing. We had ordered less salad, and everyone actually wanted more!
And when it comes to the desserts, what can I even say? The Semiyaan Kheer was outstanding. Honestly, I don't think I have ever tasted such delicious kheer in my entire life. And when it comes to IBIS's Gulab Jamun, it can easily beat the Gulab Jamun served anywhere else!
I am not saying all this just to be polite or to make anyone feel good. This is genuine feedback after personally checking with my Core Team members and my CHRO, along with my own feedback and experience.
Another thing I really appreciate is that the order was delivered exactly on time. Mr. Milton had packed everything extremely well. Instead of making it difficult to carry multiple bags, he arranged all the food boxes properly inside a large box, one by one. Each food item was also clearly labelled with its name, making it very easy for us to identify what was inside each box. Such attention to detail really makes a difference.
Thank you so much, Mr. Milton, and the entire IBIS F&B Team. From the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate all the effort you put in. I understand that working in a professional kitchen is not easy, and you all work incredibly hard to ensure that every order is perfect.
A very special thank you to Chef Parshil, who is always ready to help me whenever I have any requirement or problem. He is always willing to customize the food according to our needs. I honestly feel that it is rare for a corporate employee to get such direct support from a hotel Chef. Chef Parshil, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are doing an amazing job and are truly a hardworking professional.
And last but definitely not least, my best friend Jenisa. ❤️
What can I say about her? No matter how busy she is, whether it is late-night calls or a packed schedule, she has always helped me with a smile.
Whether it is room bookings, banquet bookings, food orders, or any other requirement, Jenisa has always gone above and beyond to support me and Atomberg.
IBIS Vikhroli is truly lucky to have someone like Jenisa—so cooperative, helpful, warm-hearted and dedicated. Jenisa, you are genuinely a very hardworking person, and I sincerely appreciate everything you do for me and for Atomberg.
